Between 2012-2105 I was the Principal Investigator at the research project Design in Portugal (1960-1974) financially supported by the FCT (Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology) and COMPETE. As an author, I published several articles about the Portuguese Art and Design History in collective books, catalogs and scientific journals, namely in 2016 the article “Portuguese Design” (in The Bloomsbury Encyclopaedia of Design, vol. 3) and respectively in 2011 and 2015, the monographs "Portugal nas Exposições Universais 1851-1900" ("Portugal in the World Exhibitions 1851-1900") and “Design Português. 1900-1919” (“Portuguese Design. 1900-1919”). Recently I curated the exhibitions "The Interior Art. Siza Vieira and the designing of objects"(MNAz, Lisboa, 2015-16), and "Rehearsal for an archive: time and the word. Design in Portugal (1960-1974), exhibit, act, debate” (MUDE, Lisboa, 2015-16) and co-coordinated the respective catalogs. Currently I am Scientific Responsible for IADE in the European Large-Scale Cooperation Project co-financed by the Creative Europe Programme within the Culture sub-programme, "MoMoWo - Women's Creativity since the Modern Movement" (2014 to 2018).edit
